1. Become very familiar with the product by downloading it and installing it on your computer.
2. Visit your end users and discuss the capabilities of the products with them. (We may also pass leads on to you to follow up.)
   
3. Encourage the end user to visit our web site and register that you are the SI that they will be using for any future support.
   
4. Provide a sustained contact with the end users with the new marketing and technical collateral as it becomes available.
