There are two ways that you can get paid:

1. If the end user or agent pays you directly, then the collection of the fees is managed by yourselves.
   
2. If the customer decides to purchase the software directly from St James and pays the full list price to us, then we will remit the 30% discount fee to your account as soon as we have received the funds. Note that we require for your customer to substantiate that you are in fact the systems integrator that will be servicing the product before we can remit the funds to you. This confirmation should be entered into the order form or within three weeks of the order via fax on the official customer letterhead.
