The product is actually a suite of individual modules (St James Software's jSuite) that together make up a viable solution for collecting real time and historical data and storing the information in relational databases like Oracle or SQL Server. Once in the tables, there are graphical tools for viewing and manipulating the information.

JSuite then, is a suite of modules that address the needs of companies wanting to integrate their Process Control System into their ERP system.

In addition, there are a range of web-server based applications that work in the process control environment and meet various specific needs. In particular, the applications include:

jLogBook: An on-line electronic operator logging system,

jOrderBook: A system that enables operators to manage the orders sent out to field operators or technicians,

HandOverbook: A software application that manages the key information that passes from the outgoing shift to the incoming shift and

KnowledgeBook: An on-line knowledge base system used to manage the aggregated knowledge in a factory.
