What is the relationship between the Systems Integrator and St James Software? |

As a Systems Integrator, you are authorized to sell the licenses of the jSuite family of software at a discount from the official price list. You may sell the licenses directly to the end user or may appoint sub agents that in turn resell the licenses to the end user. In addition to the sales effort, as a Systems Integrator, you must also provide the front-line support for the end users or agents. St James Software provides the licenses and also provides sales and technical support and collateral.
In all matters relating to the Agreement, the System Integrator will act as an independent contractor. The relationship between St James Software and the System Integrator is that of licensor/licensee.
