| What is your upgrade policy? |

Bug fixes are free and, if you have our Gold Service Policy, minor version upgrades are free. Of course you do not have to upgrade if you want to stay with the existing version. Major upgrades occur approximately once every two years. A major upgrade will be for example going from a version 2 system to a version 3 system and will generally be as a result of a major technological improvement. These upgrades, if you choose to go for them, will have a price tag associated with them. |
