There are two levels of support that we and our distributors offer. The levels are: Silver Support Contract: Unlimited on-line technical support via email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) and free bug fixes. Gold Support Contract: Unlimited telephonic and email support during normal working hours. Also includes minor releases and patches. A fee based on 15% of the total purchase or US$990 whichever is the greater. (Must be renewed annually). (Note: If you purchase additional modules during the course of the year, you must add 15% of the price of the module to the service contract.) Please specify whether you wish to have your primary contact with the Systems Integrator of your choice (recommended) or whether you wish to receive this support directly from St James.
