| What about coming on-site, can you send someone on-site and if so, how much will it cost us? |

| Generally, if you need someone to come on site, you would contact your Systems Integrator. They will be happy to give you an estimate of any costs and will then be available to do the on-site work for you. Remember that the majority of tasks can however be done using remote connect dialup software like vnc. This software will result in a much faster turnaround for the task and your costs will also be substantially lower. |
