What if the system doesn't do what we want, can you make alterations to the package? |

We pride ourselves in creating extremely flexible generic packages that we believe will handle most any kind of situation. Usually, we can recommend ways of configuring the system so that your requirements can be met. However, in certain circumstances, our application will not do a specific task that you need. In cases such as these, we can recommend various work-arounds or, if necessary, we can add elements to the basic package that will appear in the next release. Note that we make no guarantee that your special requirements will be added to later releases, however we will naturally do our best.
