| Can words be added to the Aspell dictionary? If so how? |

We don't have a GUI way of adding words to the dictionary at the moment. We are planning to do this but will probably wait till we get funding for it. You can add words manually to the dictionary as follows: In a command shell: 1/ cd c:\program files\aspell\bin 2/ type aspell -a 3/ enter the new word preceded by a *. E.g. to add the new word Nicholas enter *Nicholas There will be no response. Add more new words using the same format. When you have finished entering new words. Complete the entry by adding a #, then a control C. 4/ Now when you use the logbook the next time, jLogbook will recognize the new words. |
